Jumpin' Jack Flash

I like the Rolling Stones. I grew up thinking that they were an overrated band from the past, a band that was only good for their time. But recently I've realized that they are rock n' roll. They created the swagger, the vibe, the "roll" in rock. Anytime you here some kid say they like "such and such band," what they're really saying is that they like The Rolling Stones.

Either The Stones, or The Beatles. The Beatles = music. The Stones = Rock.

The Beatles are music. They wrote and played everything from ballads to rock.
Never really gotten into the Stones myself. But I can see how they are rock for sure.
Of course they are as old as rocks anyway.

I always have said that I don't really like the Stones too. I never really knew that I like them though. I know so much of their music and didn't ever know it was them. I just like to have really strong opinions about things I know nothing about. And with that, I say good day.

I agree though Moose, the Stones music just grabs you, there is NO WAY you can't move when a Stones song comes on. Rock on!

On second thought, I guess I do like the Stones. They have been around so long that they just seem to grow on you.
Thanks for the reminder James.
By the way, you write really cool. I like the way you said "they created the swagger, the vibe, the "roll" in rock". Really cool.
Stay cool Moose. Cool is good.
Wow. I just said cool three times. Now four times. Stop me...........
